Required courses offered by the program

Currently, the MPS in Psychology of Leadership program plans to offer the following courses in the Summer 2018 term. The summer term actually has two separate sessions: Session 1 begins on Monday, May 14 and ends on Friday, July 6. Session 2 begins on Monday, June 11, and ends on Friday, August 3. Unless otherwise noted, courses have only one section. For each course, the availability of sections in each session is also noted.

PSY 532 Psychological Foundations of Leadership* (three sections in Session 1)

PSY 533 Ethics and Leadership: Psychological and Social Processes (one section in Session 1 and one in Session 2)


PSY 539 Foundations of Behavior, Motivation, and Attitudes at Work (one section in Session 1 and two in Session 2)

PSY 894 The Capstone Experience**


*All sections of all 500-level courses are open to all graduate students. 800-level PSY courses are open to PSYLD students only.

**Students require prior approval from the program in order to enroll. Extra sections will be added as needed. The Capstone Experience extends through both summer sessions.
